Late check-outs should be arranged in advance by contacting the reception.
Policy on children staying with parents:
No charges are levied for children less than 12 years of age, occupying the same room with their parents. An extra bed is provided free of charge and children can also avail of a 50% discount for all meals.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 8 days notice will be charged 50% of the original booking amount.
Other disclosures:
There is a compulsory Gala Dinner for all guests on December 31. The charges are THB 1,800 for adults and THB 900 for children, all inclusive.
