Policy on children staying with parents:
No charge for 1 child (under 12 years) sharing the same villa with parents.
Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations within six days prior to check in, 50% of the full contracted rate will be charged.
- For cancellations less than 72 hours before check-in and for no-shows the full value of the booking will be charged to your credit card.

Baan Sukreep Resort is competently managed by Pepsi. Originally from Non Khai in Thailand's north-west, he studied Commerce and Business at university in Udon Thani for six years. He has come to Koh Samui to put his skills into practise and to develop his career. His excellent English and genial approach to meeting guests create a warm friendly atmosphere and the resort has been highly praised by previous customers because of him.
